TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COPA90 PROMOTIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND THE TERMS OF THE PROMOTION CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING A PROMOTION

GENERAL

These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) apply to any promotion (the ‘Promotion‘) that is promoted on www.Copa90.com and/or the ‘Copa90’ or its client’s accounts on Twitter/X, Instagram, TikTok, SnapChat, Facebook, YouTube or other platform or channel (the ‘Platforms’).

By entering into this Promotion entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Promotion is only open to persons who are resident in the United Kingdom and persons who are resident outside of the United Kingdom may not apply. Any entrant under the age of 18 must obtain written parental or guardian consent to enter into a Promotion and claim a prize.

The Promotion is not open to any person that is: an employee of COPA90 Limited (‘COPA90’), its group companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected to the Promotion, including, but not limited to, any other company involved in the Promotion. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

COPA90 reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the Promotion.

PROMOTION ENTRIES

Details of how to enter the Promotion will be specified on the relevant Platform page or post detailing or promoting the Promotion. No other methods of entry will be accepted. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.  Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Entry into the Promotion is free. 

The Promotion will run from the dates and times set out on the relevant Platform page or post promoting the Promotion. All Promotion entries received after the closing date will be disqualified.

COPA90 reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend all or any part of the Promotion and/or revise these Terms at any time without notice. By entrants continuing to take part in the Promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms. Any cancellation of the Promotion will be posted on Copa90 website. It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to these Terms.

 PRIZES

The prize(s) entrants are in with a chance of winning will be listed on the Platform page or post promoting the Promotion.

All prize(s) are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability and COPA90 reserves the right to substitute a prize for a prize of a similar kind or value in the event of non-availability or if the prize cannot be awarded for reasons beyond COPA90’s reasonable control.

All entrants acknowledge that third party terms and conditions may apply to the prize and the winner must adhere to all such terms.

COPA90’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

WINNERS

Prize winners will be selected at random by COPA90 from all eligible entries received. The winner(s) will be notified within a reasonable time after the draw date for the Promotion or any subsequent draw either by email, telephone or via the relevant Platform, or otherwise in the manner set out on the relevant Platform page or post detailing the Promotion.

The prize is awarded conditionally upon acceptance by the winner of the prize. In the event that any prize winner fails to validly reply to a prize notification within 10 days of being notified of winning, or if COPA90 is unable to contact the winner within 10 days after the draw date, or any prize is returned as undeliverable, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and COPA90 shall be entitled to select an alternative prize winner.

Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of a prize being unavailable for any reason COPA90 reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

Entries to the Promotion which do not comply with these Terms will be invalid. In the event that a winner is disqualified from the Promotion, COPA90 will select an alternative winner in the same manner selected as the original prize winner and such selection will be subject to these Terms.

The winner(s) of the Promotion will be announced on the www.Copa90.com and/or the relevant Platform(s).

The winner(s) may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Promotion and it is a condition of entry that the winner(s) agree to their name and country of residence being made publicly available if they win.

If you are the winner of a prize and have accepted the prize please allow 28 days from the date of your acceptance for delivery of the prize.

LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by law, COPA90, its group companies, agents or distributors accept no responsibility or liability for any, damage, loss, disappointment, injury (other than our liability for personal injury or death as a result of our negligence) of any kind suffered by any entrant of the Promotion, including as a result of any entrant taking up a prize and/or not winning a prize.

COPA90 accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission.

COPA90 shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Promotion where failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.  Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

COPA90 accepts no responsibility for: incorrect or delayed entries, notices, acceptances or other documents related to any prize(s); the unavailability or faults with the internet, related websites or software applications including technical, network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of entries.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

COPA90 is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy and shall treat any personal information entrants supply in accordance with Data Protection Act 2018 and COPA90’s privacy policy, a copy of which can be reviewed at www.COPA90.com/privacy-policy.

By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to the collection, storage, usage and distribution of their personal information in order for COPA90 to process and contact you about the Promotion entry.

 GENERAL

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

The Promotion and these Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants to the Promotion submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
